Modern Leadership Strategies

Overview:
Good leaders are made not born. A person can become an
effective leader if the desire and willpower to do so is present in the
person. Certain leadership principles, however, must be learned
and practiced in order to inspire others to greater productivity
and these principles do not come naturally. A person develops
good leadership through a never-ending process of self-study,
education, training and experience.

Objectives:
• Assist persons at all levels in developing or enhancing their
ability to lead others and get extraordinary results through
people.
• Enhance opportunities to focus on the development and use
of productive leadership practices that allows for effective
and efficient management.
• Provides practical skills to take back to the job, along
with insights needed to adapt principles to specific work
environments.
• Increase each delegate’s knowledge in examining practices
that characterize exemplary leaders as well as practice
principles that demonstrate successful leadership.
• Focus on a viable transfer of learning principles of leadership
that lead to behavior changes to increase productivity, output
and success.

Activities:
The course is a combination of classroom, home study. Classroom
sessions are intensive and participative and will include a variety
of approaches including lectures, group discussions and practical
exercises.

Evaluation:
• Participants who satisfactorily complete the program should
be evaluated to be able to:
1. Acquire the basic knowledge on the specific area of study,
which will enhance his overall ability.
2. Obtain the suitable skills to enable him to perform the duties
and tasks required in his area of work effectively.
